
Residential sales activity in the area served by the BC Northern real estate board rose in the second quarter of 2021 compared to the second quarter of 2020.
Residential property sales numbered 1,736 units in the second quarter of 2021, more than double the levels from a year earlier, rising 100.9% compared to the same quarter in 2020. This was the highest number of residential sales ever recorded in a second quarter.
Single detached home sales rose 99.7% in the second quarter of 2021.
